The latest version of the smbldap-tools is 0.8.7 and the ebuild installs 0.8.6

This would be ok if one of the main features of samba 3.0.11 was not need the Administrator account with uid=0

The new tools already contemplate this.

Also with the new dir structer from IDEALX the 0.8.6 will break
from the changelog:

* new location /opt/IDEALX and /etc/opt/IDEALX/ (instead of /usr/local and /etc)
  to conform to FHS/LSB

Another issue it seams that at least smbldap-password now needs dev-perl/Digest-SHA1 to work.

should be fixed with smbldap-tools as a separate package. Please reopen if needed.
