Actually none of the stuff in the -upstream patch are valid any more. The MacOS X stuff is in 1.3.11, obsoleting the first chunk. src/cgi.c no longer exists, so there goes the second chunk; it might've been renamed so the fix still may be valid. I'll see if I cant look at the cvs logs and see what happened. The third chunk changes are also present in 1.3.11. As far as the recommended patches go, if they're so recommended, why doesn't upstream include them in the release? I really don't want to go through all these patches every release to see what to include or not include. Unless they're important bug fixes, I'd really like to stay away from them.
bah to answer my own question, judging by the new cgi.assign patch, src/cgi.c is now src/mod_cgi.c. So basically, I'm not adding any patches for this release. I'll include the new cgi.assign patch and bump this asap,
In cvs. Thanks for the report.
