The package looks harmless, I can't see the reason why it has no ppc keywords
(it has ppc-macosx, for instance, so I don't think there are endianness
problems or something)

The reason is that no one asked yet and we do not have the ressources to test
all and everything on every arch, just in case someone _may_ be interested. So
we depend (to a degree) on you testing it yourself and requesting it. :)
