Description Dan Armak (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-02-05 06:14:22 UTC
Some bindings for scripting languages install files in those languages' module
dirs, and so multiple slots can't really be installed side by side. This
applies to dcopperl, dcoppython, qtruby and korundum.

It'd be easiest to simply unslot these. Usually people don't want/need
bindings for any but the latest version of kde installed. Opinions?
Comment 1 Gregorio Guidi (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-02-12 10:33:05 UTC
I think we have no choice other than unslotting the kdebindings, then...
Comment 2 Dan Armak (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-02-19 06:53:52 UTC
Well, given all the evidence lately that noone cares about kde bindings on
Gentoo, I'll just unslot them and see if anyone complains. It's not dangerous
after all, and we don't have different slots in existence yet.

Done.
