recruiters@gentoo.org when you approve his quiz. 

Just adding myself to see the progress of the one I hope will become the third
portuguese dev ( actually second in activity since datashark left ).

Please let them be checked by both your mentors and then send them to recruiters.

Carlos, according to Developer Relations rules for inactivity we're going to
retire you. You'll retain email access in the form of a forward for two
months (as specified in the policy) and we'd be delighted to see you back as a
full developer if you like. Returning requires you to answer the quizzes
(http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/quiz/end-quiz.txt) but we don't require a
mentor for former devs. Off course recruiters will be happy to help with any
questions.

Carlos is a busy person with military duties but his contributions are greatly
appreciated. I'd like to request that you keep his access for a while longer.

I'm sorry for my long "away" but as Daniel said, i'm now on the air force
academy and i not always have time to work on ebuilds. Now that the first (and
hardest) year is over i plan on coming back to maintain ebuilds and help where
i can. I have been helping in the kernel herd but not cvs active. Do i need to
do anything?

As discussed on irc, I'm stopping the retirement process, since Carlos is ready
to break the tree again.
