edtftpnet is a free, GPLed FTP client library for .NET

There already seems to be the Java counterpart in portage, so adding this one. The ebuild and the library work fine. The ebuild just needs some minor tweaks which shouldn't be a problem for a skilled ebuild-makers like you guys...

Currently, I install only the precompiled version to avoid ant dependancy but feel free to change it. Also, the docs install should be USE-ified...

I've made some modifications to your ebuild and bumped it to 1.2.5 (proper
documentation installation, GAC). It's in portage now, thanks!
