Description:   Opened: 2005-02-01 00:42 0000
When sorting processes by the leftmost column in 'top', the escape sequence
used to highlight the column is chopped off and breaks the terminal.

Curtis Doty posted a fix[1] for it on the procps mailing list in november last
year, but it has yet to appear in a release.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. 'top'
2. 'x'
3. '<' over and over until you hit the spot.
