Presently, ghostscript support can only be enabled for imagemagick by including "cups" within USE.

For those of us using imagemagick on server installations it would be useful to allow inclusion of ghostscript support independently of cups.

The TYPO3 user community who use ghostscript for rendering PDF files dynamically will particularly benefit from this change.
