This is the evolution .NET binding. Beagle (67768) can use it as a plugin.

Well, this one is based on a CVS snapshot. Beagle only accepts 0.6 or higher,
the newest offcial release is 0.4

I know the SRC_URI has to be changed :)

Evo# 0.6 has been released by Trow this morning, so I guess it could be usefull
to bump it in portage (for Beagle users indeed).

This is an ebuild for the 0.6 release

The new ebuild was successfully built on x86 (mono 1.0.5-r3, gtk-sharp-1.0.4*).
Not sure if gtkhtml is really a req (there's already a gtkhtml-sharp), or if that part of configure.in is copied from evolution; I suspect the latter.

Now mono is in /dev-lang/mono.

Here is an ebuild which works for the latest mono, which got relocated to
dev-lang/mono. It worked and compiled cleanly for me.

">=dev-dotnet/mono-0.91" is a invalid ebuild dependencies,
mono ebuild as moved under "dev-lang" in a portage tree.
correct dependencies is:
">=dev-lang/mono-0.91"

This evolution-sharp ebuild is wrong. 0.6 only works with eds-1.0 and 0.7 works
with eds 1.2.

It worked okay for me, I have no idea what you're tlaking about...
You could just add the 0.7 ebuild to the tree to resolve this issue.

Yaron: "It works for me" is *never* sufficient reason to discount someone's
(informed, I'd assume since they're a gentoo dev) assessment of a situation.
Furthermore, adding an ebuild to portage just to resolve one more bug is *not*
how a stable portage tree is maintained. The ebuild will be added when a
maintainer/herd who is willing to handle all the bugs/bumps/features takes on
the package. No sooner.

comment, so feel free to smack me if your intentions were otherwise.)

Looks like it's going to be me that maintains this at least initially. I'd
appreciate it if any gnome/gentopia/mono developers could help out.
