Description:   Opened: 2005-01-20 06:55 0000
All of the stable versions of antiword have disappeared from portage.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -pv antiword
2. grep KEY /usr/portage/app-text/antiword/antiword*
Actual Results:
Both remaining (ebuilds 0.35 and 0.36.1) marked unstable.

Expected Results:
I don't believe (under ordinary circumstances) that
a working application without security problems should
have all of the stable ebuilds removed (leaving no
stable ebuilds).

I agree. If there are no problems with the current versions, please mark them
stable.

I'm tired of fiddling with /etc/portage/package.keywords for every other
program I want to install.

the most recent version is stable. Sorry for the delay on this -- I've been on
leave of absence. Anyway, for future things -- if something doesn't go stable
after thirty days, please just file a bug request -- oftentimes, it's because
the maintainer is responsible for so many packages that a few might fall
between the cracks.
