Just emerging a bumped unixODBC-2.2.11 because 2.2.8 crashes like this:

Thanks Russell. Added with a few minor changes. I'm not really happy with the 
way the qt USE flag doesn't alter the configure but since I'm too lazy to fix 
it, it will have to do. Please EVERYONE test this and report back that it 
works (or not) and I'll try to get this to stable in a few weeks.
