Description Jochen Maes (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-01-11 00:29:29 UTC
I would like to see a fetchonly flag added to catalyst.
At night my connection breaks quickly (as i'm in a hotel during the week) and thus each build i try always breaks.
It would be handy if i could fetch the packages needed first and then build at night. During the day i need my cpu for work related things :-)

thanks you.

Ps: i did check the code, but it's python and i have no clue whatsoever how it works. sorry

I added this to catalyst in CVS, so please test it. It should work with any target except for the tinderbox. The reason I left out the tinderbox is I felt it would go against the purpose of the tinderbox as a test environment to perform the fetches separate from the builds.

Catalyst 1.1.2 is now out!
