When someone emerges rsbac-(dev-)sources, a message should be displayed
informing the user of the guides available from the Gentoo Doc Project [Rule
Set Based Access Control (RSBAC) for Linux - Quickstart
(http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/hardened/rsbac/quickstart.xml)], [Rule Set Based
Access Control (RSBAC) for Linux - Overview
(http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/hardened/rsbac/overview.xml)].
These additions would help users figure out how to setup rsbac on their own.
This would also reduce the number of questions about rsbac asked on the forums
and irc.
