When someone emerges usermode-sources, a message should be displayed informing
the user of the user guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project [Gentoo Linux
Developer's guide to system testing with User-Mode Linux
(http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/uml.xml)].
This would help users figure out how to setup UML on their own. This would also
reduce the number of repetitive questions about UML asked on the forums and
irc.
