Description:   Opened: 2005-01-09 21:13 0000 
When someone emerges mutt, a message should be displayed informing the user of
the user guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project and its URL [ ()].
This would help new users figure out how to setup and use mutt on their own.
This would also reduce the number of repetitive questions about mutt asked on
the forums and irc.
