After emerging allegro 4.1.17 the examples are not installed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -Dva allegro
2. updatedb
3. locate exhello

Actual Results:  
Allegro's "hello world" example isn't found -- and searching for any of the
other examples doesn't result in any hits.

How about we use the doc USE flag to install the examples, or not?

Another package related to allegro, media-libs/allegrogl doesn't install its
examples either when emerged. 

I opened a separate bug report for allegrogl but since it's marked a duplicate,
maybe you're working on both packages at once.

Alright... I've updated the ebuilds to install the docs when the doc USE flag
is used.  Since this doesn't affect functionality, I'm not bumping the
revision.
