Bug 76806 – bind-9.3.0-rc2 ebuild tries to download non-existing files

The bind-9.3.0-rc2 ebuild is wrong. It tries to download bind-9.3.0rc2.tar.gz from a location that does not exist. The correct path is ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind9/9.3.0rc2/bind-9.3.0rc2.tar.gz

BIND 9.3.0 was release several months ago, and the ebuild ought to be updated to match the release file bind-9.3.0.tar.gz: ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind9/9.3.0/bind-9.3.0.tar.gz

There is already a bug 54230 which rather old, but also refer to bind 9.3.0 release.
