Description:   Opened: 2004-12-20 11:51 0000 
Same as bug 69969.

For some reason (maybe because pstoedit is not installed?) autoreconf is not running autoconf so configure is not updated from patched configure.in.

Easy fix: change autoreconf in ebuild to autoconf.
