One can't access the binutils documention with man or info

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1, emerge bin-utils
2. man gprof
3. info gprof

Actual Results:  
man gprof
No manual entry for gprof
info gprof
Unable to find node referenced by `Binutils' in `(dir.gz)Top'. (at the bottom of
the screen)

Expected Results:  
displayed the man page
displayed the info page

Well what's actually needed is the binutils maintainer to fix the ebuild so it
places man and info pages to the right paths or it could be something better
left handled by binutils-config.
