Description Seemant Kulleen 2002-02-18 05:38:03 UTC
Hi again to all my Gentoo Friends. You know, I realised that I do not really
know how to categories these things. I selected "Ebuilds" for this, but I think
the other ones I made were in the "Applications" component. Sorry if I am
causing a hassle. Please feel free to tell me to bugger off if I am getting
annoying.

Meanwhile, though, here is an ebuild for the bubblefishymon plugin for gentoo.
We have a bubblemon in the portage tree already, but I think that is the
original dockapp. The thing is, I believe this package will actually create
both. The ebuild currently only creates the gkrellm aspect, because I did not
wish to step on the original bubblemon.

Come to think of it, these ebuild has raised an issue, hasn't it? It surely is
easy enough to make both monitors with this, and install them both. Albeit the
two .so files go into two different places (one .so is for the gkrellm, the
other for the dockapp). If that is required, I would be happy to adjust the
ebuild file to taste. Anyway, I leave it to you :)

Thanks,

Seemant

Since there's no gkrellm USE flag (and hopefully there never will be), it makes
sense to leave this as two separate ebuilds. Thanks for the contributions, Seemant.

I added this as x11-misc/gkrellm-bfm
