Bugzilla Bug 74469

actually mp4encode searches a template file in /usr/local/share/ but the file
is in /usr/share.

I've modified also the ebuild to install this file in /usr/share/mpeg4ip (it
seems better to my eyes).

...you have to apply also the ebuild patch
