A couple of ancient net-wireless/hostap* ebuilds are currently marked ppc - if
possible, I would like to get the current stable versions (0.2.x) marked ppc so
we can get rid of the ancient 0.1.x-series.

ppc marked net-wireless/hostap*.

Removed net-wireless/hostap*/*0.1*

Changed DEPENDS on kernel modules to RDEPENDS as they aren't needed to build.
