ok , found my problem , some how pasv ftp was ..... up.

I finally have the tar.gz file :)

Okay, this bug has hung around long enough.

Also sys-apps/acl has sat in ~mips for months without anything as a single bug
(this one).  So, to stable it goes.

sys-apps/attr-2.4.19 is already marked stable.
