There appears to be a typo for "!x11-theme/gtk-themes".  It should be "x11-themes/gtk-themes", But there is currently no package in the portage tree to satisfy "gtk-themes".

I looked at all ebuilds in the tree as of my last sync (Nov. 26, 06:45:39 UTC 2004).

Correct, we removed gtk-themes 8 months ago. I've fixed up the typo in 2.6.2,
2.6.3, and 2.8.0, and removed it from 2.8.1 so that we don't continually block
it even though it's been removed for so long.
