There are two contributed files in the AUCTeX distribution: bib-cite.el and tex-jp.el.
They are not installed by default, and ebuild app-emacs/auctex-11.53 also doesn't care them.
Since I write Japanese LaTeX file, I need tex-jp.el at least.
