app-benchmarks/iozone-3.226 version bump

The changes in this release are as follows:
This release adds mixed workload for BlueArc, fixes from Gentoo, a
workaround for a bug in the Cygwin kit, and transfer size to the
output in latency data files.

includes src_test that should output something like:
