QA Notice: USE Flag 'kde' not in IUSE for app-sci/chemtool-1.6-r1
QA Notice: USE Flag 'kde' not in IUSE for app-sci/chemtool-1.6.3

The reason for the QA notice is this:

use kde && inherit kde-functions

Conditionally inheriting the eclass is not allows since that messed up the cache.
Please fix the ebuilds to inherit kde-functions unconditionally.
