Description:   Opened: 2004-11-02 18:46 0000 
version bump for app-misc/bins to 1.1.27.

Please be advised that bug 57227 is still unresolved. Bug 57227 is about bins putting files into /usr/local (introduced as a result of bug 52088 - another version bump request). According to bug 57227, the right thing to do is to NOT put files in /usr/local.
