Description:   Opened: 2004-10-30 16:39 0000 
the /etc/init.d/capi script calls:

 /sbin/capiinit start|stop

which was correct for previous releases. But now, capiinit is installed into /usr/sbin/ so it can't load the capi. Easy to fix!
