I used the latest stable versions.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. switch collision-protection on
2. emerge binutils
3. emerge gdb

Actual Results:  
binutils and gdb share files in /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/

Expected Results:  
Clean install process, no shared files.

fixed in cvs ... gdb already removed mainly colliding files, just didnt remove
the locale files
