Description:   Opened: 2004-10-21 07:16 0000
I (perhaps even more people?) would like to see that Coppermine Photo Gallery
(3.2.1) is added to portage with webapp-config-support, so that people can be
able to install it the Gentoo-way.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
No Coppermine Photo Gallery in portage :(

Expected Results:
Coppermine Photo Gallery in portage :)

Let me know if can be at any help at all on this issue.

Works very good! A few typos in postinstall, change to:
---------------------------
To complete the installation, you must

1. Manually create a MySQL user and database.
The installer will handle the rest.

Finally, point your browser to http://your_server/coppermine_dir/install.php
----------------------------

So how long before everyone can emerge coppermine?
Thanks!

This is more likely a job for www-apps CC'ing.

Bump! Anything? ;)

------- Comment #10 From Charlie Gehlin 2005-01-20 06:20:24 0000 -------
This has been working for a month+ now...
Could you please at least add it as a ~x86 ebuild in portage?

/Charlie

------- Comment #11 From Michael Davey 2005-01-22 06:44:17 0000 -------
Please can we at least get this added as a masked ebuild in portage?

------- Comment #12 From Sune Kloppenborg Jeppesen 2005-01-22 06:55:00 0000 -------
I'd help maintain it. But I need someone with commit rights to do any actual
work.

Cheers!

Bumping to new version works here when cpg132 is corrected to cpg133.

1.3.3 released to fix security issue.

Now, 1.3.3 works very well, thanks!
*but* I would really like to see this www-app

machines usr/local/portage....

Yes, have been waiting for this one a while now. I would be very happy if it
was in portage :)

This has now been committed to Portage.

Best regards,
Stu
