Ebuild for XDrawChem-1.5

------- Comment #2 From Todd Geders 2002-10-31 20:10:20 0000 -------
This ebuild works fine for my system (1.2)...why has this ebuild not been
released? Pending testing with 1.4?

------- Comment #3 From Todd Geders 2002-10-31 20:29:50 0000 -------
Actually, perhaps Babel should be added as a dependency...if you don't have it
installed already, you get errors claiming 'babel' not found...

Hi guys.

Adam: thanks you for submission! I cleaned up and committed the ebuild.

Todd: we just lifted pre-1.4 feature freeze. I am slowly going through my list
of 20+ new submissions and updates, so, please have some faith in us :).
As for the babel dependency - it is clearly not necessary for compilation, so
it does not quilify for inclusion into ${DEPEND}. Also program does complain,
that babel is not found but still runs perfectly. Accoding to the description
babel is a converter for different molecular formats, - a nice to have but does
not seems to be crytical. Thus I am not sure if it should go into ${RDEPEND}
either. Could you please clarify how the xdrawchem uses it? If you could confirm
that it is for example necessary to perform certain functions (like opening
additional file formats) this will warrant its inclusion into ${RDEPEND} variable.

The ebuild is now committed and keymasked. Please test and report.

George
