Description:   Opened: 2004-10-01 23:38 0000
Here's an ebuild for kino 0.7.4. A few notes:

The tarball available from sourceforge mirrors is corrupted (at least the ones I've tried), so I'm providing a direct link to schirmacher.de until it's fixed. I left the original versioned line in, although commented, to ease future maintenance.

Added dependencies are:
mjpegtools
rawrec
dvdauthor (conditional to the 'dvdr' USE flag)

Suppressed:
Warning about mjpegtools being a nice to have with kino.

Just want to let you know that attached ebuild installed without problems on my
system. Thanks!

------- Comment #4 From Andreas Proschofsky 2004-10-03 14:15:08 0000 -------
A little note: Recent kino-versions (which use GTK+-2) don't seem to require
media-libs/imlib anymore, so this should be dropped from the dependencies

Obsolete

New version with imlib removed from dependency list and esound still in but
conditional to the esd USE flag.

Sorry about the unclear comment above. I thought it would only appear when
viewing the attachment, and I can't seem to be able to edit it.

I have made a new version of the ebuild. Thanks Andreas for noting that imlib
wasn't necessary anymore. I have also made media-sound/esound conditional to
the 'esd' USE flag.

So, here's the new changelog compared to 0.7.3.

Added dependencies :
mjpegtools
rawrec
dvdauthor (conditional to the 'dvdr' USE flag)

Changed :
dependency to media-sound/esound is now conditional to the 'esd' USE flag

Removed :
warning about mjpegtools being a nice to have with kino
dependency to media-libs/imlib

------- Comment #8 From Denis Dupeyron 2004-10-09 05:00:21 0000 -------
(From update of attachment 41049 [edit])
The broken tarball on sourceforge has been fixed. So this ebuild is is now
obsolete.

kino-0.7.4.ebuild (Final ?)

Here is what I believe is the final ebuild. The download link is the original
versioned link to sourceforge, instead of the temporary one to schirmacher.de.

------- Comment #10 From Patrick Kursawe 2004-10-27 06:19:56 0000 -------
Thanks alot, looks good. In portage.

------- Comment #11 From Andreas Proschofsky 2004-10-28 01:48:20 0000 -------
In the portage version there is again the dependency on media-libs/imlib which
is not required anymore, so this should be removed

------- Comment #12 From Patrick Kursawe 2004-10-28 07:02:30 0000 -------
Done, thanks for the hint.
