Description:   Opened: 2004-09-30 15:09 0000 
Without unzip installed, I cannot emerge portaudio due to the use of a zip
distfile.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge unmerge unzip
2.emmerge portaudio
3.
Actual Results:  
It stops when it tries to unpack the distfile.

Expected Results:  
It should have depended on unzip.

It either needs to depend on unzip or perhaps requested that upstream
distribute a .tar.bz2 archive as well.
