Hi

Please find an slightly modified version of the cfitsio ebuild script. Changes include:
 - upgrade to version 2.500
 - doc USE keywords to keep the postscript documentation
 - add the dynamic version of the library
 - some execs utilities (fitscopy, imcopy, listhead)
 - clean-up of the FTOOLS uneeded variables.

I found cfitsio very stable on our amd64 architecture as well.

Bumped 2.490 to x86 and added 2.500 (lots of longlong warnings).
