version bump to 3.4.0, renaming the ebuild works fine

in case i'm not clear, talking about bumping app-arch/rar-3.3.0 to
app-arch/rar-3.4.0

Thanks for your report, but it doesn't look like 3.4.0 has been out very long.

Package maintainers are generally aware of upstream releases, so please give them _at least_ a week to get the new ebuild in portage before filing a bug.
