attached is updated ebuild

xephem-3.6.1.ebuild

updated xephem ebuild
changes include updated html docs item from bug #56104
and general clean up instead of repeating the same build lines
over 5 times used a for loop to get same thing done
also did similiar item for the install section
removed comment from drobbins to rphillips thats not needed any more
