Description Nils Ohlmeier 2002-01-06 23:29:06 UTC
kdesupport depends on qt-x11-2.2.3 but qt-x11-2.3.1 is in the tree.
All other kde packages doesn't fail but it seems that someone forgot kdesupport :)

Greetings
   Nils

kdesupport does not exist in kde2.2x, only in kde -2.1 and earlier. So you really shouldn't ever emerge it, it's there just for old (rc5?) kde2.1 users.Explanation: the kdesupport package provided several misc 3rd party (non-kde) libs kde needed (e.g. libxml). We in gentoo have all those libs in their own ebuilds so kdesupport isn't required.I assume it wasn't pulled in as something's dep, but you tried to emerge it yourself? So, I'm closing this.
