dhclient (part of the net-misc/dhcp package) does not setup NTP servers in the
variables it exports.

I really think it should as the DHCP protocol does allow for this - and I need
it for working @ home and work ;)

enables new_ntp_servers

This very small patch enables NTP servers to be exported correctly so that the
dhclient-script can set them up
