This patch allows the mythtv ebuild to successfully build with distcc by compiling the libraries first to satisfy later dependancies that will otherwise fail to build correctly.

Tested and working here fine.

Rob, I'm sure the media-tv team will adopt this, but you should also submit it upstream :)

Submit it upstream to whom?  (forgive me for my ignorance - this is the first time I've made any kind of contribution to Gentoo, so the processes used are still somewhat of a mystery to me)
