You can no longer DL PCCTS 1.33mr24.  New version is PCCTS 1.33mr31.

The old ebuild can be easily modified.

The new URI is http;//www.polhode.com/pccts133mr.zip

I don't know if the .diff you were using still works.  But this should be more
than enough for you guys to figure this out.  (pccts was needed for some fairly
major package)
