In both 1.2 and 1.4 beta, an emerge of fluxbox doesn't include the default 
keys file. It's not in commonbox and doesn't seem to be anywhere on the system

OK done, added to the ebuild. It install the keys file to
/usr/share/commonbox/fluxbox/keys
