I'll emerge the qmail-ldap in my system, and I have a error in my
qmail-send/current log file:
@40000000413650d21a63b2fc delivery 139: deferral:
Unable_to_run_quotawarn_program:_/var/qmail/bin/qmail-quotawarn:_file_does_not_exist._(#4.2.2)/

This user with sure, pass by the quota limit of my server configuration, and
don't receive a mail with the Quota Excedded message.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge qmail-ldap
2. Pass the quota configured
3. No notification of the quota exceded

I will try and get around to this tomorrow so we can get this closed sorry for
the delay alot of things going on in qmail/vpopmai/and other mail related areas
at the moment.

I've used in some productions servers (some months ago).

I've started to work on a completely rewritten qmail-ldap ebuild, but actually
I'm very busy at work.
