www-proxy/tinyproxy builds, installs & runs fine on Sparc architecture.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add "sparc" to tinyproxy ebuild KEYWORDS
2. emerge tinyproxy
3.
Actual Results:  
tinyproxy starts up and performs properly.  

Expected Results:  
tinyproxy starts up and performs properly.  

tinyproxy appears to run just fine in both ~sparc and sparc environments.
