exim-4.42 also works fine on amd64.

I've also been running exim-4.42 on my dual opteron server without problems.

Not sure why this wasn't keyworded.  In any case, 4.42 and 4.43 are marked
~amd64 now.  Give them 2-3 weeks for stable.
