The ebuild depends on libart 2.3*, whereas ardour's ./configure requires >=2.3.16

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. libart_lgpl < 2.3.16 installed
2. emerge -v ardour
3. build fails requiring libart >=2.3.16

Actual Results:  
emerge halted.

Expected Results:  
upgraded libart_lgpl to >=2.3.16
