There's a new Cedega release, could Portage have a new official ebuild for
this?

I thought Transgaming didn't want Gentoo to have an ebuild....

theres already an ebuild for cedega-4.0. check app-emulation/cedega. it has
fetch restrictions, so you need a registered copy.

i just version bumped this and it worked.

This is kinda in the portage tree now, yet it won't emerge because the ebuild
in portage is looking for a file in /usr/portage/distfiles called
"cedega_4.0-1.i386.tgz" that has to be downloaded from Transgaming when in fact
the file you get from transgaming is "cedega_4.0.1-1.i386.tgz".

The ebuild that John5788 posted a few days ago on here actually works.
