Basicly my soundsystem/kernel-setup seems to have problems with said version of the Allegro-lib. Moving on to 4.1.15 as described by ssvb in the forum made things work again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have the same soundsystem/kernel-setup as me.
2. emerge game depending on allegro (ufo2000 for example) making sure that allegro-4.1.14 is also installed.
3. Run the game

Actual Results:  
ufo2000: rawmidi.c:306: snd_rawmidi_open: Assertion `(inputp || outputp) &&
name' failed.
Shutting down Allegro due to signal #6
Aborted
