* removed use of gcc version patch - [Vv] has been added to the regex in
./configure
* removed use of autoreconf which seems to have been added for gcc version
output change aswell
* use emake - what link to automake?
* --with-PATH-IMPRIP - "/usr/share/fax/psrip" dosen't exist anymore,
ghostscript does this job
* --with-PS - already the default
* --with-AFM - not used
* --with-AWK - have an awk symlink
* --with-PATH_VGETTY - will find this automatically (isn't /sbin/vgetty anyway)

* --with-PATH_GETTY - will find agetty automatically
* --with-PATH_GSRIP - will find automatically
* --with-PATH_DPSRIP - doesn't look like its used, but left so doesn't point to
something invalid
* --with-SYSVINIT - not using their init script
* updated init script per bug 33161
* set papersize=a4 for europe
* allow configuration for when dont deal with data or voice calls

outstanding:
conflict with mgetty on /usr/bin/faxrm (+ man page)
