Our ebuild has LICENSE=GPL-2, but the upstream README.md says... License notes RedNotebook is published under the GPLv2+. Since it includes the elib.intl module (https://github.com/dieterv/elib.intl) which is released under the LGPLv3+, the resulting work is licensed under the GPLv3+. Note that we shouldn't be bundling elib.intl anyway (bug #597532). Even then, the license would be GPL-2+.
